1. General Information

The orders placed for our products are subject to availability; and in case if you order products which turn out to be out of stock; we will accordingly refund the applicable amount of such order. We shall duly keep you informed in case of any such events.

In order to meet the timing demands of the customer and to fulfill the customers complete order; there can be a possibility of getting your single order delivered to you in multiple shipments in case any issue arises, which may happen due to the following, including but not limited to: - specific type of product and quantity ordered, missing items from the original dispatched order being re-sent, return and exchange of items and re-sending new items.

2. Delivery Location

We will per se only supply goods within the territory of the Emirate of Dubai, UAE, at present. Any shipments outside of these areas are not available for the moment. Customer is expected to provide the accurate and complete address for easy delivery.

3. Delivery Time & Shipping Costs

• AED 20 for deliveries within UAE
• Minimum order is AED 100 within Dubai for free service

4. Order placement and Time Slots:

We deliver in two time slots, based on the time of order placement, within the Emirate of Dubai at present.

• DAY (9am to 1pm) – Orders for this time slot should be placed maximum up to 9pm the previous day.
• EVENING (4pm to 9pm) – Orders for this time slot should be placed maximum up to 9am the same day.

There could be delays beyond the estimated time of delivery due to exceptional or unforeseen circumstances.

Date of delivery may vary due to reaching our daily order limit, or due to specific items ordered. Products may also, in rare circumstances be delivered in separate shipments.

Value Added Tax will accordingly be applicable on all orders

• At present we shall accept payments by cash or card on delivery. We shall incorporate online payment methods through payment gateway.

Please note certain credit cards are not enabled for e-commerce shopping, in such instance you need to contact your bank to enable your card for online shopping.
• Additionally, there are security measures or protocols for better protections while using this medium for which the customer is solely responsible to avail.

Fit Fresh LLC at all times is committed to provide their best services, keeping customer satisfaction its top priority; but in case you are not satisfied at the time of delivery with the product due to quality and freshness you may return the product at the time of delivery only, due to the perishable nature of our products. For the product to be eligible for return it should be unused and in exactly the same condition in which you received it. Once the delivery is complete and the delivery person has left, the customer will not be entitled for any refund or exchange.

Applicable Exchanges

Only genuinely defected or damaged products will be exchanged / replaced. Fit Fresh LLC will need to be notified if an exchange / replacement of the product is needed by calling our helpline number +971 56 398 1100 or by sending an email to onlineorder@fitfreshuae.com . The eligible exchange / replacement of the product shall be done on the next delivery in your area which may vary as per your location.

Cancellation

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order.

If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms and conditions of using the websites, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders. We will maintain a list of all fraudulent transactions and reserve the right to deny access to such customer and / or cancel any orders placed by them.
